What is CrossFit? It is a core strength and conditioning program that is changing the fitness world.
What to bring: Bring comfortable clothes, running shoes or cross-trainers (if you have lifting shoes bring them as well.) Also PLEASE bring a bottle of water. If you have a certain type of music you would like to hear bring your ipod or CDs.
Food: please for your benefit EAT breakfast before the morning classes, and a snack before the pm classes. Give yourself 30 minutes after a snack and an hour after a meal before coming to class. Oh and eat 'clean'
Class info: First class is free, subject to change. First class could be 30 minutres long. regular classes are one hour long and will be filled with information learning a new skill(s) a maximum effort, what YOU are able to do once at you max ability. and then a WOD (workout of the day)
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Negative attitude, tanning oil, an ego, disco music,
or an 'I can't' attitude.
